Nabarro hires EU/competition partner and dispute resolution partner

Nabarro has hired Brian Sher as a partner in the EU and competition practice in London, and Chris Horsfield as a partner in the dispute resolution team in Sheffield.
Brian will be joining from Allen & Overy where he is Counsel in the antitrust group. Brian’s practice focuses on the full range of EU/competition work, including merger control, “behavioural” advice, competition law compliance, regulatory investigations and inquiries, public procurement and state aid. Brian has been ranked in Chambers and Partners for the last three years, and directory comments include “widely tipped as a real star to watch” and “incredibly hard-working and determined”.

Chris joins from Beachcroft, in Leeds, where he was a partner. At Beachcroft he developed a strong medical law practice aimed at medical professionals and the private insurance market. He is an experienced litigator familiar with multi-party litigation.
