Nabarro advises on two secondary fundraisings on AIM

Nabarro has just completed two secondary fundraisings on AIM the first advising nomad Arbuthnot Securities on the placing of £4 million shares on AIM for Invu Inc. an AIM listed software company. The second advising Collins Stewart on a secondary fundraising of €150 million on AIM for Summit Germany, a Guernsey-based AIM listed property investment company specialising in real estate investment in Germany.

The Nabarro team advising Arbuthnot Securities on the Invu fundraising was led by Richard Beavan and Leon Miller. Invu were advised by Matthew Doughy, Addleshaw Goddard.

Nabarro team on the Summit fundraising was led by Richard Beavan assisted by Russell Holden and Ali Marsh. Summit was advised by Norton Rose.

Richard Beavan, Nabarro corporate partner, commented:

"We are seeing a lot of secondary fundraising on AIM at the moment. This is the first instruction we have had from Arbuthnot Securities and we look forward to working with them again in the future.

The Summit deal is the latest transaction we have advised Collins Stewart on, we also advised them on the Summit IPO and on its first post-IPO fundraising in November 2006."
