The private enforcement of competition law
Hot Topics > Private enforcement of competition law
Our IT & Communications Group has produced a briefing for Technology companies on the private enforcement of competition law. The briefing is intended to increase awareness of companies’ rights to take Court action to recover damages for loss caused by anti-competitive behaviour.
The report is highly topical and follows recent consultation documents published by both the EC Commission and the OFT to further encourage private enforcement.
